He is the evangelist for the scientific- based Personalized Medicine concept by spreading the scientific process and his vision for a changed healthcare system through books and scientific articles, and speaking engagements.
Simon leverages his research and business experiences to shepherd the development and coordination of strategic initiatives for Phenome Health. He plays an integrative role within and across the leadership team to ensure continued organizational performance, and to maintain alignment with Phenome Health's short term objectives and long-term vision.
Dr. Yeatman's expertise lies in designing strategies to develop patient and data networks to execute clinical trials for diagnostic and therapeutic aims. In this regard, he was a founder of the Guardian Research Network. Dr. Yeatman's scientific proficiency encompasses integrated analysis of gene expression and DNA sequencing, as well as lipidomics analysis of cancer.
James spearheads new opportunities—technologies, computational methods, and collaborations—that bridge the gap between the scientific and technological efforts at Phenome Health. He helps lead the architecture and implementation of the Phenome Core cloud infrastructure and technology platform that supports the scientific discovery and return of results.
Noa is a computational biologist with a background in multi-omic data analysis and mathematical modeling with over 8 years of experience across medical and scientific applications. At Phenome Health, Noa drives data analysis strategies, publication efforts, and expansion and exploitation of data assets.
Jennifer leads our clinical research efforts and supports partnerships involving direct work with patients. With her background in personalized lifestyle medicine and behavioral science, she oversees the development of actionable possibilities for optimizing health and longevity.
Jane Repensek has over thirty-five years of financial, operational and governance experience in a broad range of industries and entities. Her most recent eighteen years were dedicated exclusively to working for, consulting with and volunteering at nonprofit organizations. She has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from Marquette University. Jane spends her free time playing tennis, vegetable gardening and adopting senior dogs.
Mindy is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Phenome Health, managing scheduling, communications, and operations. With a background in executive administration and organization, she excels at creating efficient systems. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husky, Sunny.
Ash targets the full data stack—from storing and cleaning to processing and analytics. His analytical expertise is in applied modeling of multimodal environmental data using a variety of machine learning techniques.

As Director of Operations, Ginny leverages her 15+ years of expertise to spearhead Phenome Health’s efforts regarding administration, finance, human resources, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and onboarding. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Ginny also manages special projects related to donor relations, communications, and culture.
Mike leverages his background in Bioengineering, and passion for problem-solving to spearhead Phenome Health's project management efforts. His life science expertise, devotion to systems thinking, and near-decade of experience in operations help to drive process improvement and vendor relations.

George Church, Ph.D. Professor of Genetics, Harvard Medical School and Professor of Health Sciences & Technology, Harvard and MIT with Walter Gilbert. He developed the first direct genomic sequencing method in 1984 and helped initiate the Human Genome Project in 1984 while he was a Research Scientist at newly-formed Biogen Inc.
BJ is responsible for the Computational infrastructure and AI initiatives at Phenome Health. He specializes in software architecture, cyber security, and IoT.
