He is the evangelist for the scientific- based Personalized Medicine concept by spreading the scientific process and his vision for a changed healthcare system through books and scientific articles, and speaking engagements.
Simon leverages his research and business experiences to shepherd the development and coordination of strategic initiatives for Phenome Health. He plays an integrative role within and across the leadership team to ensure continued organizational performance, and to maintain alignment with Phenome Health's short term objectives and long-term vision.
Jeff employs his extensive experience in genomics, bioinformatics, and molecular biology to lead Phenome Health’s efforts in biotechnology. He makes design decisions related to new and developing genomic and phenomic technologies and their applications in clinical trials.
Dr. Yeatman's expertise lies in designing strategies to develop patient and data networks to execute clinical trials for diagnostic and therapeutic aims. In this regard, he was a founder of the Guardian Research Network. Dr. Yeatman's scientific proficiency encompasses integrated analysis of gene expression and DNA sequencing, as well as lipidomics analysis of cancer.
James spearheads new opportunities—technologies, computational methods, and collaborations—that bridge the gap between the scientific and technological efforts at Phenome Health. He helps lead the architecture and implementation of the Phenome Core cloud infrastructure and technology platform that supports the scientific discovery and return of results.
Noa is a computational biologist with a background in multi-omic data analysis and mathematical modeling with over 8 years of experience across medical and scientific applications. At Phenome Health, Noa drives data analysis strategies, publication efforts, and expansion and exploitation of data assets.
Jennifer leads our clinical research efforts and supports partnerships involving direct work with patients. With her background in personalized lifestyle medicine and behavioral science, she oversees the development of actionable possibilities for optimizing health and longevity.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, Ginny manages Dr. Hood’s availability, meeting schedule, travel, interviews, media relations, speaking engagements and requests. In addition to executive support, Ginny also serves as Operations Manager for Phenome Health leading efforts regarding project management, communications, fundraising, donor relations, vendor partnerships, employee engagement, hiring, and onboarding.
Lance is a seasoned data scientist that leverages advanced analytics to extract actionable insights from complex multiomic datasets. He helps lead efforts in scientific discovery through bioinformatic tools and pipeline development and integrative machine learning analyses.
George Church, Ph.D. Professor of Genetics, Harvard Medical School and Professor of Health Sciences & Technology, Harvard and MIT with Walter Gilbert. He developed the first direct genomic sequencing method in 1984 and helped initiate the Human Genome Project in 1984 while he was a Research Scientist at newly-formed Biogen Inc.
